I ordered to go from Uber eats. I had the orange chicken and sesame chicken. Both dishes were phenomenal. The chicken was juicy, and it wasn't saturated with sauce or too salty. Both dishes came with a side of rice. They offer great deals online as well so make sure to look into that. When I ordered it was buy one get one free for many of the meat dishes.

Had it delivered and it was still piping hot when I got it to the room. We got the dragon soup, fantastic! The 8 piece appetizer was super crunchy and yummy. Fried rice and chicken chop suey rounded out the meal. Loved it all!!!

City Dragon is one of my favorite Chinese take-away spots in San Diego. Their menu is simple and you'll find the staples such as fried rice, lo mein, orange chicken, but you won't find more traditional dishes--and I'm okay with that. Here are my go-to's: - Orange Beef: Tasty, sweet, tangy, and a little spicy. The perfect blend of flavors to satisfy any craving. - Salt and Pepper Tofu: Lightly dusted tofu cubes wok tossed in salt and pepper. I ask for it extra crispy, and they deliver most of the time. - Sweet and Sour Pork: Deliciously balanced and always hits the right spot with plenty of white rice. - BBQ Pork Fried Rice: You can taste the smokiness from the wok, and it never disappoints. - Beef Lo Mein: One of my favorites. Tasty, with that distinct smokiness that keeps me coming back. - Beef Chow Fun: Again, tasty and satisfying every single time. City Dragon is on my weekly meal rotation, usually on the weekends after a late night out, lol. Highly recommend giving it a try if you're in the area and looking for some delicious Chinese takeout. Welp! Onto the next!

Great little spot in mission valley, the food proportions were pretty good for the price. Staff was friendly and wait times weren't too long. I'll definitely be back if I'm ever in the area.

Super solid cheap chinese spot! They give good size portions and honestly is one of the top 2 best orange chicken in town. I have ordered party trays from here too and end up feeding almost 30 people for only $300 Cooked to order everything so it was super fresh

I wish I had taken photos of my food before writing a review but I couldn't wait lol I ordered the Garlic spicy chicken, and Green Bean Chicken and both dishes did not disappoint at all.. the Garlic Chicken pieces were lightly breaded and smothered in Garlic bits sautéed in chili oil sooo flavorful and crunchy ! Loved loading my spoonfuls of rice with the garlic.. I ordered the chicken with green bean so I can get some vegetables in for the day, deliciously crunchy green beans coated in black bean sauce with surprise pieces of velvety sautéed chicken.. The portions are huge! We ate this for 2-3 meals And each entrée comes with rice -If you so happen to come in the menu on the wall behind the register isn't updated price-wise, so don't ask for combos they don't exist anymore (unless it's lunch check that yellow menu out) -You can always order delivery directly from them granted you live in the area ($30 min) - you can also order via Grub Hub, Menu Star, Door Dash and either deliver or pickup and pay beforehand to save some time -you can also call ahead for pickup then pay at the register just be vocal as soon as you arrive as it can get busy from time to time -and ask for Hot oil or hot mustard (for dipping eggrolls) if you wanted to add alittle extra flavor or spice to your meal
